John Coupar, Partner

Born and raised in Victoria, John graduated from the University of Victoria with degrees in Philosophy and Law. As a second generation lawyer, he considers Horne Coupar a family firm and has carried on the tradition since 1983.

Also a member of the Inheritance and Incapacity Planning Group, his preferred areas of practice are wills, probate, and estate administration - areas in which he appears as a frequent guest lecturer. He also has a busy real estate practice.

John's greatest loves are his wife Jennifer and their two beautiful daughters. When not practicing law, John is a published composer , an accomplished musician and an avid sportsman.
